Mr. Zhu Hailin, born in October 1965, holds a doctor of Economics and currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Supervisors. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Zhu served as a deputy director and director of Accounting Department of the Ministry of Finance, a deputy director of the National Accountant Assessment & Certification Centre of the Ministry of Finance and a managing director and the chairman of the Risk and Internal Control Committee of Central Huijin Investment Ltd., during which Mr. Zhu successively served as a director of China Construction Bank Corporation, a director of Agricultural Bank of China Limited and a director of China International Capital Corporation Limited.
